People travelling into London were in for a shock this morning, a giant spaceship projected onto the houses of parliament. The ship is called 'Serenity' and the stunt was designed to garner publicity for the upcoming movie of the same name. "For a moment I thought it was real!" Remarked one passer-by. This is the second large-scale marketting stunt pulled in the last week. On Monday a Serenity crop circle was found in Somerset.

A Somerset farmer was disturbed this morning when finding an unusual pattern drawn out in his corn field. "I know it must mean something" he commented, "but I can't for the life of me understand what it is!" A brief helicopter ride later gave us the answer. The image is of a ship called 'Serenity' from the upcoming movie of the same name. Fans have already gotten into trouble over their guerilla marketting techniques used to promote the film, yet this is so far the largest on record.

Okay, so I'm not sure that this belongs in the image section, but I wasn't sure where else to put it. Anyway, this all started when I was doing a crossword puzzle one day and came across a clue "Actor Baldwin". The answer even had four letters and started with A! But, alas, the answer was not Adam. I decided that it should be, and so I pulled out some graph paper and started putting together a Firefly themed crossword. While I wasn't entirely successful, I'd say that a good 95% of the puzzle revolves around Firefly. Thanks to Haken's reference section and Firefly Chinese Pinyinary, I got most of my spellings and quit a few of my clues from these two locations. So far I've only found one mistake and I "fixed" it. I'll admit that a few of the clues/answers are a bit of a stretch, and some of them aren't exactly common knowledge, but hopefully anyone who like crossword puzzles will be able to have some fun with it.

Okay, this was the HARDEST poster I had to make, do to the fact that I hade about four diffrent ideas on what I wanted to do with River. I wanted her poster to be diffrent from the others, because the BDM seems to focus on her, and that she IS diffrent. She's so many things and I wanted to capture that. I'll definetly be working on at least two other River Posters, so I'd like to hear what you think of this one.
