You know, I just noticed that my last image was structurally unsound! Here's an edited image with added gray at the top of her head. I usually don't start making my patterns until October, but I just got so excited by the image of River on the official site. So here is my River pumpkin pattern. I don't know if I'll carve it or not. You should reverse this image before you print it if you plan to use it. The gray areas are places where the pumpkin is only carved halfway through. I use the carving technique found at www.carvingpumpkins.com. Let me know if you have any special requests for characters or images you'd like to see made into a pattern. Or you can go to that website and learn how to do it yourself. It's lot's of fun!

Ok, the cheesecake debate rages on and I must merely sit back and chuckle. But either way, this is the last of the bunch. I'm outta pages and outta women to draw. I'd hate to just keep drawing them in all their different outfits or devolve into a Patience one! If there are requests of a specific character in a specific episode, I will do my best to fulfill them, but this is it. And it's just ok. Inara ended up being my favorite. Here is an animated gif avatar that can be used in most forum sites. I've kept it at a size of 100x100px and its a little smaller then 10kb. That should meet the rules for most forum avatars. The avater should move from River --> Mal --> Serenity --> Movie title and date.

I love how the new Serenity poster looks with River and Mal. The problem is printing it uses up a great deal of ink (which gets expensive). So here is a solution. I had to rework some of the art, but I think it should work. Let me know what you all think. If you like it, print it, and litter the town with them.... in a legal way. (Ok... at least a sorta legal way.) These small prints take about a quarter of a page. I posted this earlier, but got the urge to tweak a few things. If you guys want I can also repost the blank one. 50 more days to the BDM!

Ok, so I'm a glutton for punishment. Really, what it comes down to is that I have ONE empty sleeve left in my art notebook, and therefore need two more drawings to fill it.
