Blue Sun Room GRAPHICS - IMAGES

River pumpkin-- fixed.

Saturday, August 13, 2005

You know, I just noticed that my last image was structurally unsound! Here's an edited image with added gray at the top of her head.

I usually don't start making my patterns until October, but I just got so excited by the image of River on the official site. So here is my River pumpkin pattern. I don't know if I'll carve it or not. You should reverse this image before you print it if you plan to use it. The gray areas are places where the pumpkin is only carved halfway through. I use the carving technique found at http://www.carvingpumpkins.com. Let me know if you have any special requests for characters or images you'd like to see made into a pattern. Or you can go to that website and learn how to do it yourself. It's lot's of fun!

You know you could use the same pattern for a two tone spray paint stencil, not that i am condoning such illegal activity. :)

Yeah, the eyes and the nose are going to be the hardest part, especially since that's where all the expression is, so you can't really modify it like you can with most of the other areas.

>>well I would LOVE to see a MAL pumpkin!!<<

Thought someone might say that. ;) Maybe I'll just make the whole crew...

Of course you mean to spray a design onto a pumpkin, right? ;)
