Cillian is kind of our own Avatar in the first act of the movie. Did they write it that way because it was a Hollywood flick and they wanted to "broaden" the appeal of the 2nd? Maybe. | 6ixStringJack: Yeah. The main actors in 28 days later were a mix of British and American although it takes place in Britain. (Not actually sure how much of it was filmed where though). The 2nd one was what you'd get 5 years later with Hollywood giving it an extra $10 or $20 million to play with, so even though it's got it's pros, it's got its cons. | 6ixStringJack: I do highly recommend 28 Days later. I'd tell anybody to watch that before ever getting them started on The Walking Dead roller coaster that never ends. Yeah, it would have been interesting to see where Firefly would have gone. That was good thing about Babylon 5. J. Michael got to say all he wanted over 5 seasons. | Brenda: I think it was the first time I saw Brad Pitt. I did see "Legends of the Fall" and that was great movie too. I love "Interview". Have the book in hard cover, got it on sale somewhere. I read it first in either college or high school. Good book too. Don't think I've heard of "Cool World." Would have to look that up. There's a tv series of Interview, I tried watching that but couldn't get into it. And on that topic, I did watch a season or two of Better Call Saul, but they milked that one for way too long and I never bothered finishing that either. These people just don't know when to quit. | 6ixStringJack: I loved the Walking Dead for about 3 seasons. The way that they basically aped the movie 28 Days Later for that first episode and explored a different story with it kinda grabbed me. 6ixStringJack: Somehow they pulled me back in to horror a bit with The Walking Dead, but instead of ending that show after 3 or 4 seasons they did some stupid amount of seasons and made dumb spinoffs and I got off that ride years ago. For all I know they're still making The Walking Dead today.

My bro loved Interview With the Vampire and even loved Queen of the Damned and was huge into vampires.
