Fantastic, it reminds me of how great the earlier ones in this series, that got me hooked on your fan fiction(and no one else's really) were in the first place. I anticipated Mal's dodge for his little Tam outburst exactly, but you wrote it beautifully.

Ahhhhhhhh......perfect fix for my fanfic withdrawal! Feel my mood evening out even as I type. Very good job. Loved the interrogation...although i never realized that was how Thames was pronounced. Doh.

This just keeps getting better. It's easily one of my favourite stories here... a great mix of plot and characterization. I absolutely love your exploration of the Mal/Zoe relationship -- for some reason, I hadn't given it that much thought when watching the show, and you've gone and added so many layers of depth here... It's totally going into my understanding of their characters, because it works so well.
