RimGirl, I thought so, too, but it turns out the closures are hooks and eyes...
-EDIT-
Huh, that didn't seem to work, either...

Sick?! Vacation?!

no no, take care of yourself. we want you to enjoy these projects!

Here's a picture of the back of the dress, and herein lies my second question - Summer has no bust. How can we (by we I mean you, oh master tailor) modify this without making too many changes but adding a little...support? So I don't look too droopy I really love how low it's cut, is there a way to maintain the shape of the back but add something internal in the front?

Don't make faces.

Hehe, thanks! And I wouldn't kill you with my pinky, maybe just paralyze you temporarily I do love to tussle!

Marina...um...sure. That can be done. Maybe. I have very limited experience with "modern" clothing...so I really have no idea...
Gonna be interesting to see what happens, though...

so long to wait!

yes yes, that gives me time to get in shape and you time to finish up your Maidenhead themed bar and plenty of time to organize a group of travelers.

until then i'll be counting on the Kaylee jacket to carry me through

Howdy, all! Finished the Kaylee jacket! It's ready!
I am going to post another thread for it.

Thought y'all might like to see some progress photos for Zoe's coat. I have one more pocket to put on, then the closures on the front. I made this to fit my sis-in-law, and I'll be taking photos of it on her this weekend. That means it should be ready for sale next week!
Comments and questions always appreciated!

And this one will show you how full the bottom is:

Truly beautiful. I am in awe of your artistry and skill.

Life is short, brutal, and unpredictable. EAT DESSERT FIRST.

Thank you, BelugasMom! I am happy with the way it is turning out so far...still have some tweaking to do on the lower pocket, especially...maybe some velcro or something to keep it from gaping open. I'll have to study the pictures and screencaps again (oh, darn! )
