The Russians weren't executed for what they did to Ukrainians, so why would the Russians not restart the old ways of treating Ukrainians? What is the big difference between today and the past? What would make Russians stop murdering Ukrainians and enslaving the survivors? Easy question to answer.
The EU, the UK, the USA are sending ammo to Ukrainians while in the past the Russians were free to murder Ukrainians because nobody sent ammo. It is completely consistent that Trumptards want to stop shipments of ammo to Ukraine. Trumptards would side with Russians against the Ukrainians because Trumptards treats everybody who is not Trumptard the same as Russians treat Ukrainians.

Identifying attacks in the Russia–Ukraine conflict using seismic array data
Abstract
Seismometers are generally used by the research community to study local or distant earthquakes, but seismograms also contain critical observations from regional and global explosions, which can be used to better understand conflicts and identify potential breaches of international law. Although seismic, infrasound and hydroacoustic technology is used by the International Monitoring System4 to monitor nuclear explosions as part of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty, the detection and location of lower-yield military attacks requires a network of sensors much closer to the source of the explosions. Obtaining comprehensive and objective data that can be used to effectively monitor an active conflict zone therefore remains a substantial challenge. Here we show how seismic waves generated by explosions in northern Ukraine and recorded by a local network of seismometers can be used to automatically identify individual attacks in close to real time, providing an unprecedented view of an active conflict zone. Between February and November 2022, we observed more than 1,200 explosions from the Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Chernihiv provinces, providing accurate origin times, locations and magnitudes. We identify a range of seismoacoustic signals associated with various types of military attack, with the resulting catalogue of explosions far exceeding the number of publicly reported attacks. Our results demonstrate that seismic data can be an effective tool for objective monitoring of a continuing conflict, providing invaluable information about potential breaches of international law.

Although media reports show the devastation associated with the war in Ukraine, obtaining a comprehensive and unbiased overview of the continuing military attacks is a substantial challenge. Social media posts and traditional media outlets all have the potential to be subjective and are, in fact, often subject to manipulation for the purpose of misinformation and propaganda. Having a more complete and objective picture showing exactly where and when attacks are taking place is vital for developing a clear understanding of the scale of a conflict, how it is progressing and identifying potential breaches of international law.
Methods of conflict monitoring
Satellite imagery has been shown to be an effective means of providing high-resolution pictures of military attacks in Ukraine. Such data are now accessible to members of the public and help to support the emerging open-source intelligence community. However, although open satellite images can provide high spatial resolution, previous knowledge is required for the time and location of the imagery. Providing comprehensive coverage across a large region in real time is beyond the capability of this technology and it thus suffers from the incompleteness that plagues traditional reporting.
Yet, satellite images are not the only source of objective conflict data. The seismic and sound waves that are generated by an explosion can propagate over hundreds of kilometres, at velocities of up to approximately 8 km s-1 in the ground and approximately 0.34 km s-1 in the air. These signals can be recorded by seismometers and microbarometers at high sampling rates (typically between 40 and 200 Hz), which can help monitor a conflict in real time.

EU to consider proposals to speed up delivery of artillery shells to Ukraine

Josep Borrell, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, has expressed readiness to discuss options to speed up the supply of artillery shells to Ukraine in accordance with the EU plan.
Details: The EU's top diplomat previously noted that member states have jointly delivered around 224,000 artillery shells and about 2,300 missiles from their stockpiles, while work on the other tracks - contracts with private businesses and the expansion of domestic production - continues.
Asked whether he was concerned about the slow progress in supplying artillery shells to Ukraine, Borrell said the EU would consider Slovakia's proposal to modernise outdated shells.
"If member states are unable to provide more from their stockpiles, this is only an incentive for them to increase production capacity and do so faster and better. Más y más rápido (more and faster)," he said.
Previously: In March, the Council of the European Union approved a three-track plan to supply Ukraine with one million artillery shells: (1) supplying from its own stockpiles; (2) signing contracts with private companies; and (3) ramping up its own production.
The two-billion-euro plan provides for the supply of one million rounds of ammunition to Ukraine within 12 months.
As part of the third track, the Ammunition Support Act Production (ASAP) Regulation, developed in the European Union to increase the production of ammunition and missiles, came into force in July.
