Yup, VHS. Next time I am down at my local Salvation Army thrift shop I'll see if they have anything. But I would need help in getting it back. Can't get stuff like that on a bus.

Well, truth be told didn't need the ice cream. But I like this brand and only buy it when it is on sale. I did need more cereal for my last nibble before bed and I eat instant oatmeal to help me take my seizure meds. Spoonful of porridge, med in it and a good swallow of water and down it goes. The oatmeal was on sale too. And then I also picked up a small piece of broccoli. I like that veg.

Dunno about the Salvation Army, but the Goodwill usually lets you buy something and put it on hold for a few days.

Rest of video cabinet emptied and ready to be taken apart. Discovered that I have a VHS copy of Rocky 4 as well as one on DVD. Will donate the VHS one as I have another item to go on Monday.
