Now you might be asking why DC created a character to compete with their own character. Well he wasn't actually created by DC. They bought the comic book company that made Shazaam and I think they shut his comic down for a long time. Later they brought him back and introduced him into the DC universe with the other heroes. To remove the confusion with the Captain Marvel in Marvel comics they titled the DC character's comic book Shazaam (which is the word the kid says to turn into the super hero) and his original name sorta fell out of use. Still he is technically the original Captain Marvel.

I wonder which year Billy Battson was created. And which year Carol Dangers was created. And when Billy was revived. Shazaam seemed kinda popular to Gomer Pyle. Or Shuh-zay-yum.

Sounds like I won't need to watch this Captain Marvel comedy on big screen, and can catch Gemma Chan and McKenna Grace on DVD.
Might catch Shazaam in cinema.

What is Brie's bad behavior IRL?

The only one I've heard is that she's tired of everyone interviewing her on her press tour being white and male. She wants more diversity. She clarified to say that she doesn't want to remove the white men but to add more "seats" for others. Now I'd say that's pretty naive because we all know there are time limits on these interviews. So, no matter how many seats you add it means some people are going to have less time to ask their questions.

It's tough because I'm sure the interviewers are predominantly white and male, but does that mean they didn't put in the work to get there or aren't qualified? Of course not. Would it be great if we could live in a world with infinite time and opportunity? Sure. Except we don't. So, things will never be perfectly fair. No matter what for someone to get ahead that pretty much is going to mean someone else doesn't get to move forward.

Thanks for the info.

Trying to GOOGLE bad behaviour or stupid with search engines which are all highly biased Libtard Propaganda seems pointless. 6ix likes to Feed the Trolls, so he is afraid of what they might say (I generally ignore the Trolls and their threads).

So your input is very helpful.

Maybe she thinks the most fervent fans of Comic Book lore are African Girls and that is who the studio PR should cater to.
I wonder if her stupidity is her only bad behavior.

Maybe if the Box Office stays under $50 Million she can go back to her low budget indie pics and stay away from successful endeavors.

In another thread I see that 6ix indicated that Brie was an advocate for con men like Smollett, misusing her platform for PR of a righteous character.
Boy, did the casting morons pick the wrong bimbo. This certainly belies any imagining that the Elite Combat Fighter Pilots are really the stupidest bimbos on the planet. Giving such superpowers to the most retarded is a horrific concept.
I don't recall Gal Gadot being so insipid.

I expect Brie will be wiped from my Radar screen much like Taylor Swift has been since she supported scam artist Lena Done-um. I guess I saw her in King Kong already.

She also recently made a huge virtue signal stunt by using "the privileges and powers she was given as Captain Marvel that embarrass her because she doesn't need them" (her words) to "cast" a black female disabled woman to interview her, and then proceeded to slam white males.

What Brie? You couldn't find a black, non-binary, transgendered, disabled midget to do the interview? For shame... should have tried harder.

You do understand that you don't actually have any super powers, right?

"She’s beauty and she’s grace, she will punch Thanos and the patriarchy on the face."

Rottentomatoes still has a button for you to press if you're going to see the movie, I see. You just can't click a button for "not interested" anymore, and they're no longer showing those results.

Hilarious. Happened the very same day I predicted it was going to happen.

Last I checked on rottentomatoes.com, captain Marvel head dipped to a **27% " want to see " rating.

The other captain Marvel, a.k.a. Shazam!, was well in the 93 % .

* update! I don't know if this is because it's a mobile version, but the "want to see" rating is now changed to a raw score. It doesn't show up as a percentage, and now it's just a tabulation of people who claim they want to see it.

Going to have to follow up with this later on today and see what is going on.

** Update to the update - it was just a mobile version issue, I guess. Latest numbers are as posted above.

The only reason to watch the delusional Jimmy at night is the bits with Guillermo sneaking booze to the Red Carpet Stars, which they showed Monday, so I heard that frauds from films I didn't see either won or didn't.
He snuck tequila in via Fake Microphone flask and Fake Purse flask.

This is becoming a dumpster fire, and it's only gonna get worse.

RT apparently HAS tinkered w/ the fan comments.

They better have one hell of a coda in the movie, huh?

Speaking of coda's the last one I saw in a Marvel movie was with Howard the Duck, but I don't even remember what movie that came from. Have they ever done anything with Howard since then?

I bet Bob Iger is starting to wish that they'd just rebooted Howard the Duck right now instead of going the Captain Marvel route.

Looking for a chart I saw on a video that explains who owns Rotten Tomatoes indirectly. I'm not going to say what I had heard about it until I can find it.

In the mean time, you may find these images interesting.

TIP: Right click and "view image" for a version you can blow up.
