I'm sure Trump has enough time in his day where he looked at that and personally defunded it.
I'm guessing that it was just part of a lot of things that were defunded en masse and it just makes a great news story on the heels of Charlottesville.

Just like "ducks on the ground" which was another Hillary operation , intended to cause chaos at Trump rally's.
