Looks like more rain heading either my way or at least for my province. Still thunder and lighting storms up the Interior and across the middle of the province.
Rain good but lighting bad when things have been dry again.

Found my grandmother's cookbooks when I really opened up my trunk. 
To show old these are. There are no oven times on anything. The recipes just tell you what to do. Some of them have measurements on them but that is all.

He will be in hospital for a while. He didn't say how long but I would think at least a week. His typing has never been the best. His wife left him a tablet to use anyways.

Well, the plumbing emergency and all of the additional work is done. Damn, those guys work hard!
Meanwhile, I'm still coughing and wheezing and feeling tired. I went to see my doctor for a pre-surgical physical (sinus surgery again) but she can't clear me for surgery because of pleural "rubbing" sounds (pleurisy) and very "bronchial" sounds (possible bronchitis)
So I came home with a fistful of meds (azithromycin, prednisolone, something else...) and instructions to go back in a week and see if they did any good.
Sigh.
