So speaking of progress ... how're things going with your teeth SIX? Haven't heard much from you on the personal end, I hope things are going OK.

I have my fingers crossed that he will continue to get better.
As an aside, if the police had to "find" the guy that hit him, it sounds like a "hit and run". Maybe he was drunk at the time and needed a few hours to burn thru the alcohol, and maybe the RCMP (or whoever is handling the investigation) can't prove drunk driving so long after the fact, but he could be in a bunch of trouble.

That is true Sig.
It was a "hit and run". The driver left the scene but there were plenty of witnesses. And yes it is the RCMP. Not sure about the driver being drunk but he is in a world of trouble. Fleeing the scene of a accident and such.

I found my Serenity coffee cup in a box that I didn't think I would.

I know. The box was labelled "Misc. papers to be double checked". So, I wrongly assumed that it held old papers that belonged to my mom and still needed to be sorted through and shredded. Boy, was I wrong. I found books that I inherited from my late guy and this coffee cup.

My priorities have always been straight. Up thread I mentioned that I found my copy of "Serenity" the novel.
I even found my copy of "Serenity" the movie. So there.

It was quite the find. It is emotional when I find things like those books. Reminds me of how much I still miss him at times. The coffee cup was a gift from a friend who is still very much alive.
Obviously I had managed to clear out the papers that had been in it and then reused the box but never relabelled it.
The day before that I found my dad's hammer and old nail can in a bin. I kept both of those for hanging things up for my mom and repairing things. That was emotional too.
