3) Sharing polling data (Volume I, pp. 130-131, 140)

While managing the campaign, Mr. Manafort told Mr. Gates to share “internal polling data” private to the campaign with Mr. Kilimnik, so he could share it with Ukrainian oligarchs and a Russian oligarch. Mr. Gates sent Mr. Kilimnik the data regularly, deleting the WhatsApp messages after he did so. In an in-person meeting with Mr. Kilimnik, Mr. Manafort shared more information about the campaign’s election plans and polling, including information about “battleground states” that would be key to Mr. Trump’s election.

Mr Gates goes on trial in November. Mr. Manafort is in jail.

4) Obstructing justice (Volume II, pp. 90-93)

Attorney General Bill Barr’s view that the president did not obstruct justice is informed by his argument that presidential conduct authorized by the Constitution cannot constitute obstruction. But this does not address conduct that took place outside the scope of the Constitution.

At least two "damning details" in the Mueller report have been discovered to have been deceptively edited

1) A phone call from Trumps lawyer (Dowd) to Flynn's lawyer was edited to appear as if Dowd was requesting sensitive information or seeking to obstruct justice, but does not match the actual transcript.

2) A person represented as a "Russian" intel source with links to the Kremlin was actually a UKRAINIAN informant with multiple contacts per day to our embassy in Ukraine, providing reliable information about the UKRAINIAN government to our State Department.

Mueller chose those words carefully indeed! When the report is dug thru in its essentials, it will turn into dust and blow away because there was nothing there to begin with - just rumor, innuendo, and careful editing.

"Rumor, innuendo, and careful editing" is an election strategy. That is also how prosecutors sway juries in criminal trials, not with logic, because your average juror is not a professor of philosophy. It is constitutionally complicated to indict a sitting President, but the calculation would be different if Trump were not President. And, as it happens, there is an election next year, which could lead, fairly quickly, to his exit from the White House. In other words, the way to hold Trump to account criminally is to first hold him to account electorally. Then use the same tactics ("rumor, innuendo, and careful editing") to convince a jury to vote for his conviction.
