But then Trump winz the election and, lickity split, your Obamacare deal gets worse, plus the costs for the treatments and drugz start escalating rapidly!

The remaining equity money disappearz in 6 months. 6 months later the sherrif's deputyz show up to evict you from the house that you owned free & clear before.
