Wrong.
I power lifted for years in my early to mid 20's and became 205lbs of brick shithouse when I started out at 145lbs. Then, outside of moderate exercise, labor intensive jobs from time to time, and general physical activity needed to get things done, I never seriously lifted anything again in my life.
I'm still a power house and have twice the muscle I ever did when I was in high school. But 20 years have passed. Until the last four most of them involved a good deal of drinking and five of them involved a suicidal level of drinking. I smoke. I haven't until recently ever had the best diet in the world. I've lost 30lbs of that muscle over that time... about 1.5 lbs per year on average.
These "girls" however, are in a much different situation. They had their wieners chopped off and got some shots, but when everything healed they went right back to busting their ass in the gym and on the court/field/ring/etc.
That muscle and HUGE advantage doesn't just magically disappear overnight because of a shot. Not in a year or two or ten either. Especially not at that age when the person is still spending 20 hours a week doing extreme physical activity.
To suggest that the above bullshit is true, is to say that women can't naturally put on and maintain any muscle on their own without the use illegal substances.
Fucking sexists.
I don't know what the answer is, or even pretend to. It sucks if you can't play organized sports. But you can't just destroy girls sports for the sake of inclusion. Or you can, but a lot of actual girls are going to get screwed out of awards and scholarships that they rightfully earned. The latter of which will have life long ramifications.
Perhaps when the kids are having the talk, they'll have to decide if a sex change at that age is worth it if they enjoy sports.
