Don't know.
Haven't had any actual evidence presented, nor have I had any jury instructions as to what the law says about such incidents.
Or would you want me to make a decision based on media reports? Doing so and admitting it would get me disqualified for jury duty on this issue anyway.

I appreciate the reply. I was wondering though about your ideal world though (a world without too many laws?). As for the evidence, what Rush said on air is public. I'm not sure if you have kept track of it all - if I got the direct references - recordings and transcripts - would you read them? Also, I'm not sure how knowing what someone broadcast on air for all to hear would get you disqualified in your ideal world ...

But thanks for the cartoon. Rush has refused to name the advertisers that ran and then begged to get their ad times back, but now you've given us a list. I'd only known about Sherries Berries. And, like AllState and Sears are somehow separate entities.

Rush HAS no more sponsors. It's true! He actually has to pay radio stations to play his show.
He'll be broke in a few years, but he'll probably claim that he's " retiring ". Yah, watch for THAT to happen.

According to an AP report, the books and authors are nominated for the Children’s Choice Book Award based on the number of copies sold. So, Rush Limbaugh was automatically nominated based on the number of copies of his book, Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims, sold. As the article points out, that doesn’t necessarily mean that children were buying the books, just that they are children’s books and that enough of them were sold to earn a nomination for the Children’s Choice Book Award. Of course, that same statement applies to the other books – the vast majority of them which were purchased by parents for their children.
