Here is the cover image for the dvd that my son (MOHRSTOUTBEARD) created from his ComicCon footage. I realize this is a large image (300 pixels/inch resolution) but I will post a smaller version shortly. After all of his many problems with various softwares he finally completed the dvd a few weeks ago and sent me a copy. Now I am in the process of making copies myself for others who may be interested. DigsJayne from the OB and Rowane from the 'Versal Board (who is in my local meetup group) are the only ones to receive copies so far. If interested, email me at ecgordon@templetongate.com.

I pretty much made this just for kicks, but anyways, we now have a way to prove we are true fans and show our support! I put the "Coat Color" in there as a type of rank structure (seeing as how most id/membership cards have one), i.e., 'Light Brown'(low), 'Brown'(med), 'Dark Brown'(high), or 'Uber-Brown' (really high but not as good as mine, :p). So just make up your own. Showed mine filled out as an example but feel free to fiddle with it as you please, putting in different lines, etc. Now all we need is a secret handshake!

I'm revisiting my intentions, having once stated that I had no desire to write fanfic. Still, there are some great unanswered questions in Firefly, and we may never get proper answers. This is my attempt at trying to describe what happened to River at the Academy, and how this is represented in the behaviors she exhibits in the series. ...but that's not why I am postin' it! WHy I am posting it is because I want to know who all is interested in getting this game for free. :) I can post the images for the boards and the pieces here, but if you want the rules, I *might* be able to post them in a thread so people can copy paste or print them out. What I'd really like to do is make a website where people can download it for free because I have updates, sequels, whathaveyou to add to the game. This is just the "starter set", if you will, for my customizable strategy game. If you want a copy, or have a good idea how I can post all this, or even if you can help me make a website, I'd appreciate it. This is something I want the fans to have where the only cost to them is printing it out. (though 2 people went home with shiny professionally printed copy of the boards & pieces from our Shindig this past Saturday and a 3rd is in the hands of my chief playtester)
