Mom's memorial service is less than 11 hours away now. As she was cremated, we opted to wait a week for the service so that family and friends from out-of-state would be able to make it. My best friend won't be able to make it, however, as she had outpatient surgery yesterday. I told her that I'd come visit her in a few days and for her to take it easy. I had a number of things I needed to do yesterday, and only managed to get the laundry done. And now I can't get to sleep, so I'll probably surf online for a bit and then try reading myself to sleep.

A friend of the family and I have been discussing possible structures for the book I'm writing. The problem is that I want to transport a rather serious and important message that can't be transferred into one simple and single sentance. So I have to gain certain insights on one specific character without making him the protagonist, simply for the fact of me not wanting him to be that. Very cpmplex. *shudders*

Today, I finally got a Brown Coat. It was really expensive, my Grandmother got it for me from DANIER Leather. If you wanna get a feel of what it looks like, my parents have been calling me "Sarah Michelle-Gellar" since I got it. I haven't taken it off since I tried it on at the store, I feel very much a part of the Browncoat team now that I have a brown coat. I also feel very "Rock-Star". I love my Grandmother :) On another note, my dog got neutered last night. Poor guy's been like a stoner ever since...

I just got back from Frank Miller's 300. I thought it was the best movie of 2007. The fights, the visuals, the plot, everything was PERFECT. I haven't had that much fun at watching a movie since Serenity!

Hi to all... I am very happy to see that the movement is still very strong and going stronger. For my first blog entry I just would like to mention that I am very happy about the Hi-Def DVD, but why is it not coming out in Blue-Ray format? I go for quality, that one of the reason that I am a fan of Firefly. Now I only, will need to wait for both the series and movie going in Hi-Def, in Blue-Ray format :crap: Do not tell me that the Blue-Sun corp. is loosing influence
