Well, I'm fortyish, have kicked about in a few other fandoms such as Highlander, Forever Knight, Buffy, Angel and, of course, Firefly. A few previous things have made me somewhat gun-shy of organized fandom, which is why it took me so long to take the plunge here.

The old hobbies are reading (mythology, SF&F, romance, mystery, real crime, humor) crocheting, beading, collecting moose, gaming (not RPG), camping, pirate stuff.
