I'll make a conditional prediction.
IF the DJIA (Dow Jones Industrial Average) drops to 15,257; then I predict that there will be a bump up to between 16,155-17,050 which might take a week or month to occur, and then at some point (weeks or months) after bumping up to 16,150 or so, it will drop far below 15,000 for an extended period (months or years).

I think there's a significant chance there could be a major international incident caused by a Russian military plane (or some other vessel) flying aggressively near to or in Western airspace, in the next year.

Several predictions, including these:

"In the end, it's anybody's guess what happens to the Russian economy and finances. Or the USA's for that matter. Too much depends on political decision made a top levels, this is not an area that can be predicted by economics. My crystal ball is cloudy; I'm taking a wait-and-see approach."
That last one isn't really a prediction, but it contrasts well with the confident predictions by some of us that Russia will have a recession, and probably a serious one.

I predicted that there would be no new Ebola cases linked to the doctor in New York or the nurse in Maine.
Looks like I nailed that one.
It almost seems like following the proper protocols negates the risk of contracting Ebola, but nobody on the right wants to talk about that now.
