A fact not loss on administration critics and military planners is that at least two key weapons programs cancelled by President Obama to much fanfare have proven central, even vital, to the American-led campaign to “degrade and destroy” the Islamic State and other terror targets inside Syria.
The first night’s assault wave against terror targets in Syria included the firing of at least 47 Tomahawk cruise missiles launched from the state-of-the-art Aegis class guided missile destroyer USS Arleigh; part of the George H.W. Bush carrier task force.
It was just last March that President Obama ordered the Defense Department to phase out new purchases of Tomahawk cruise missiles, forcing the Navy to relying upon only an ever-dwindling inventory, until the program ceases completely in 2016.

Both of those Presidents were/are great on destroying secular middle-east nations; leaving them open to occupation by extremist Muslim groups. Both of them were/are great supporters of Saudi Arabia and Qatar, and both of those nations funded and armed extremist/jihadist groups for decades. Neither of those nations is a democracy in any sense of the word. One of which is as extreme as the Taliban in enforcing Sharia law.
You seem to think that your fearless leader... GWB ... has any interest at all in defending us from "t'rrists" and radical Islam, but nothing could be further from the truth. And you're an idiot for believing so.

How do you figure? ISIS is largely made up of former Iraqi military officials (you know, the ones ousted from the military by Bush). ISIS has been *affiliated* with al-Qaeda, but never claimed to be made up entirely of al-Qaeda.
