First of all, let me point out that you shifted the goalposts, from "racism is done" to "improved greatly". Do you suppose that it's possible that things have "improved greatly"- after all, blacks are not generally hung from trees by lynch mobs much anymore, just shot in the street by trigger-happy neighborhood watch captains; and stopped, frisked, arrested, incarcerated, and sentenced far more often and harshly than whites for the same crimes (but who's counting?) - and yet perhaps that we may have not reached that lofty goal of "racism is done"?
Geezer, study after study proves you wrong. You asked for a list of enduring subtle racism, and I provided one. Had I bothered to post more, I could have added education, encounters with the justice system, income, health care, media studies, and even psychological studies which ALL show that enduring subtle racism persists: racism which you have a deep interest in denying.

And I'm telling you, my opposition to Obama is based entirely on his POLITICS. If it were race, I'd not support Herman Cain and other black conservatives, so the entire issue is phony in its entirety.
That's not claiming there is no such thing as 'racism', or that race doesn't play a minor part in some outlier cases, but by in large, I'd criticize whom ever promoted Obama's policies. Lilly white skin color or other.

PROVE OPRAH WRONG, OR PROVE YOURSELF CORRECT ON YOUR ORIGINAL CLAIM. Show that racism is dead. Prove that Oprah is wrong. Cite studies, provide links. Otherwise, everything you've just said on the topic continues to be pure simple opinion. Repeated many times, but only opinion nonetheless.

One of the things I notice about american films and tv is how rare the depiction of mixed race couples is, especially if you compare to Brit film and tv, where it is normal and unremarkable.
Twenty or so years ago, it appeared to be almost forbidden. I remember watching the Love Boat back in the day. Every time an African American woman stepped on deck, which wasn't often, you'd know the bartender was going to get lucky.
The election of Obama certainly highlighted the racism that exists in the US, just like the election of a female PM here highlighted the misogyny.
