It's more than that Kwicko. My daughter is disabled. When rappy says that the disabled should be left to flounder and perish, that is a very real threat against a VERY real person.

"When" I say that ? IF, is more like it, because I've never once promoted such nonsense. But that's par for YOUR course.

I know many working poor - most of them head-and-shoulders above rappy. When rappy says they should be scraped off because they're not sociopathic assholes like he is, that is a vey real threat against very real people.

Head and shoulders - how ? Are they taller than I am ? Or are you talking Badger.. better than, above me ?

Again with the 'when rappy says'. I never have said it. Or suggested, hinted, implied, stated, or any such thing.

And sociopath? Are you a doctor? Have you diagnosed me? With out my consent? In what WAY am I " sociopathic " ? Elaborate, please.

If you can.

The "collateral damage" in Iraq? Very real people. Real women, real children, real grandmas and grandpas, and really very dead.

And you want me to deny that fact? What's the point of you injecting THAT into the topic?

( btw - the villages , the Kurds, which Saddam killed, with those WMD you said didn't exist? Full of very real men, women and children? All just as dead, too.

Quote:

These people are just as real as the peeps in the video, and just as real as rappy. If he perceives a threat, it is only a 1/10 of what he threatens every day.

That makes absolutely no sense, what so ever.

Also, I seem to recall Mal kicking a minion through a jet, and ready to shove a greedy asshole out an airlock. Who says I'm a progressive? Unlike progressives, I don't happen to believe that EVERY person is worthwhile. There are SOME people not worth the air they breathe. Being composted somewhere is prolly the most productive they'll ever be.

Rappy thinks he knows something about mama bears? Well, he pissed one off.

Ya pissed yourself off, honey.

You're so busy demonizing me and painting me up as some 'threat' to you, you literally have lost grip of reality.

Crow, tossed a knife into Mal's leg, and then told him he was going to kill Mal. Pretty direct threat there, I'd say. Mal didn't give him the chance.

Jayne, ratted out River and Simon, and put the whole crew in jeopardy. ( and not the fun game show version either )

And the heinous crime I've committed towards you and yours ?

Absolutely nothing.

Who's the sociopath again ?

It's a JOKE, Mike. But from your reaction it must have hit pretty close to the truth.

A joke I found oh so terribly amusing cause I *have* blackmailed people in exactly that fashion, before it became ever so clear that anything you say online can and will come back to haunt you.
And despite the chat service (which in fact enabled him, as they GAVE him info for reasons inexplicable) being uncooperative, the logs from my software helped get a stalkers chops busted when he took it online as well as off, and stated some nefarious intentions, only to be caught red handed in the act of trying - it's one thing to brush off the ramblings of a frightened girl, another when a local advocate hands over proof of intent.

Siggy ?
Compost, imma remember that, get SOME use out of the bastards anyways, heh.

SignyM

(c)Rappy musta' watched a different Firefly than we did. He didn't see the Firefly where Mal pisses Niska off by giving the people an antidote he was contracted to steal because, well, there are SOME things Mal won't do for money.

You want to plumb the depths of (c)Rappy's soul? Want to figure out where he defines good v evil? Find out what benefits him and people like him, and what costs. Is oppressive government evil? If it causes him to pause slightly on his way through the airport terminal it is. Because, it costs him and people like him. But if it bombs and kills and maims the innocent - old men and women of all ages, children, fetuses - innocents with brown skin and weird names in another country it isn't. Because they aren't him, or people like him.

What makes Mal different from Niska? (c)Rappy will never get it. He thinks he's a Browncoat, but he's Niska. Or, well, maybe not Niska exactly. B/c Niska was smart and successful and actually had a clue as to what he was. (c)Rappy, well ....

Rap, you must realize that SignyM and Mike both have ranks of huge grey steel filing cabinets ensconced in air-conditioned, hermetically sealed, rooms in their homes, where they have filed absolutely every thread, comment, link, cite, picture, video, or audio you've ever posted on FFF, and spend countless hours by candle light reviewing, editing and cross-referencing (often muttering "My precious, my precioussss"); preparing so that at any moment they can reach in - with fingers trembling with expectation - and extract therefrom an out-of-context snippet with which to insult you.

Pity them.

"Keep the Shiny side up"

That's one funny fucking post.

What's funny is that Geezer's so old that he thinks people still use filing cabinets, and he's such a geek that he thinks everyone references Tolkein on a regular basis.

Of course, it's also hilarious that both Geezer and Rappy are so fucking dumb that they think everyone has forgotten everything they've ever posted here. I guess it just goes to show the level of brain damage and lack of memory required to vote Republican. Can't say I'm really surprised...

A different Firefly ? Really? You're on a Firefly fan site, a show which has but 1 season, and every episode is like a cherished treasure, and that's how you're gonna spin this ?

Wow.

Yeah, and everyone across the country is just happy and fine w/ the TSA. Boy are YOU on the wrong side of this argument.

Wait, hold up. Did you just say that a fetus was a 'person' ? Better not utter that too loudly. You'll be accused of wanting to shoot doctors and blowing up women's clinics!

And there you have it. The classic Left wing demonizing of anyone who dares to not participate in their utopian, group think paradigm.

Uh, I'm not detecting any "spin" about The Train Job, are you 1kiki? 'Cause that's pretty much how I remember it. Rappy must have really crappy memory, 'cause not only does he not remember what he said, he doesn't even remember Firefly!

BTW Geezer, I see you're still haunting this post with unsupported personal invective, but totally not responding to this one, which has a real, factual, important discussion in it about your favorite topic and area of expertise: taxes.

www.fireflyfans.net/mthread.asp?b=18&t=49166.
I mean, hell, you don't even bother to QUOTE me for God's sake, you just make up some fantasy scenario with file cabinets and gollum and everything. Or, as Rappy put it... "completely fabricated in your mind". You guys... two peas in a pod. How cute!

Hey now, I resemble that remark!

The sad thing is that I DO have filing cabinets, and do use em - not only cause security runs on logs and reports, and there's no proof like hardcopy when it's so easy to fake electronic data...
(Although with the right printer, hardcopy isn't such a sure thing either!)

But also in that when you do legal wrangling, you really DO need harcopy originals, especially if they happen to be someone elses.
More than one bastard has got it in the chops when I pulled out their own documentation, with their own signature, after feeding them and their denials a whole lot of rope...

As for Tolkien, one of our non-PGP encryption rigs we used to use was based on the ballantine edition, 1-114 would be the volume and page number, and the first three words would be the decrypt password, that was damn simple and effective, till we had better alternatives.

Of course, if I ever had to send blind encrypt stuff to YOU there Mikey, I'd be using Honda part numbers as the keyplate, neh.
