Waterboarding ANYBODY is defined as "torture". So yes, you are very actively in favor of torture.

Seriously? Hilarious.
I love it when Rappy tries to give lessons on "how to rite good."

FWIW I don't reply to (c)Rappy b/c it really is just a game to him - how to troll to get attention and stop feeling like a nothing. And he has zero ability to learn anything new or provide any valuable insight. But observing him is instructive. If you can be dispassionate enough to let his trolling slide by without responding, and simply observe what he does - for example, the way he randomly jumps from idolizing one 'authority' to the next, or the way he lies about what he posted - you can get a sense of how people like that work.

Highest radiation level monitored at stricken Japan nuclear plant
The operator of a crippled Japanese atomic power plant said Monday it had measured the highest radiation level since the start of the nuclear crisis, a news report said, dpa reported.
Tokyo Electric Power Co (TEPCO) said more than 10 sieverts per hour of radiation was recorded on the surface of a pipe located outdoors between reactor 1 and reactor 2 at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station, Jiji Press reported.
The plant has spewed radioactive material into the environment since the March 11 earthquake and tsunami.
The crisis prompted the Japanese government to raise the maximum annual limit for plant workers to 250 millisieverts from 100 millisieverts.

It just sickens me to think about it too much, because he's not alone. If he were, he'd be totally sad and funny, but he's not. I guess I don't want to know any more about the mentality.

John, that deserves a separate thread all in itself.
If you want to talk about conspiracy, you should just look at the links between TEPCO, the IAEA, the NRC, the worldwide nuclear industry, the government of nuclear-weaponed nations (which need nuclear reactors to produce plutonium) and the press.
Yanno what Japan is doing instead of monitoring Fukushima contamination? Monitoring tweets and blogs and social media. Jimminy Christmas! I guess, if you refuse to control the problem (too expensive!) you can control the information about it, no?
But if you want to DO something, donate to Greenpeace, since they're the biggest NGO with the balls to go in and do what TEPCO and the government refuse to do.

I don't think it's that they don't WANT to do anything about it, Signy - it's that they're afraid they CAN'T do anything about. And they're deathly afraid to admit that in public.
So instead, since they can't DO anything, all they CAN do is try to control the spin.

Now, I know you're going to say I'm taking that out of context, so I will bring up extended quotes from that thread in which you reveal your anti-human philosophy. And I guarantee than IN context you'll look even worse.
