Shiny looks at Michael then at Oreo.
You two better figure out how to get along.
I'm not getting in the middle.
Then Shiny walks up to Oreo and looks him dead in the eyes, "You better work on that temper and not by hitting our crew mates. Michaels crew and get used to it. Shiny starts walking out of the cargo bay, but before she leaves she looks at the captain. "you can count me out of this one."
She walks out of the room.

the 4 men walk to the airlock and wait for NISKAS security team to open it.
CLUNK - SSSSSSSSSSSS, the door opens.
the security team escorts the 4 men through the halls of skyplex towards NISKA.
as they pass through the corridors, near section DL, they see a shadowy figure watching them... following them.

the crew is brought to NISKAS office.
after the introductions, NISKA speaks.
hands a photo with info to SHADOW as he begins to speak.
[czech. accent]
NISKA:
"i'm looking for man who will be on train going to PARADISO. this man is prisoner who is being transferred to PARADISO jail.
you can take this man away from prisoner transfer detail and back here to me, yes?"
SHADOW:
"yes."
NISKA:
"you want to know name of this man?"
SHADOW:
"as a rule, no."
NISKA:
"ahh, yes! good. good.
then you will leave soon, and when you return, your ship will be repaired and you will have new shuttle to replace missing one."
SHADOW:
"see you then.
HAPPY INDEPENDENTS DAY"
the men leave NISKAS office and walk back to TRANQUILITY. as they walk, SHADOW looks at the picture.
SHADOW:
"MICHAEL, this guy looks a lot like you!"

SHADOW grins at WASH'S humor.
"i'm wishin' it was that easy.
i conjure it may be his brother.
NISKA didn't do a 'second take' at MICHAEL when we walked into his office,
so either he knows MICHAEL is not the man in the picture or he has bad eye sight.
in the info he gave me it says this man has been in custody for some time.
also they are transporting him by train, so we'll need tickets... or some other way to get on-board... and off-board."
the men get back to TRANQUILITY and everyone gathers in the galley to come up with a plan before they 'shove off' from skyplex.
"ok, here's how i see 1 option:
MICHAEL and i get on the train at HANCOCK, the stop before PARADISO.
when the train is moving, we distract the guards and signal the ship.
WASH flies TRANQUILITY above the train.
SHINYS helps lower OREO down to the roof of the train.
OREO sneaks down into the train and steals our 'mark'.
once the dust settles, we get off at PARADISO.
one hitch - we may have to let MICHAEL get 'captured' temporarily, to distract the guards.
they'll think he is the prisoner and take him.
once they do a retinal scan at PARADISO, they'll find out they have the wrong man and have to release him."
"any other ideas?"

Michael hands two slips of paper to the captain. Tickets for HANCOCK to PARADISO, newly printed.

SHADOW gets off the 'com with NISKA.
"ok, i told NISKA that we need our ship to do the train job so there won't be any repairs [our payment] until we return with the prisoner.
so here's how we do this:
"WASH, you land MICHAEL and i on the planet.
from there it will look like we're just 2 people looking for passage to PARADISO via HANCOCK.
when i give you the signal, you fly above the train so SHINY can lower OREO on to it, dong ma?
"SHINY, you lower OREO on to the train when WASH says it's safe... and try not to drop him.
"OREO, take a good look at this picture.
[hands the picture of the prisoner to OREO].
"when you get on the train, grab the prisoner, then reattach yourself to the cable.
then call SHINY, and tell her to pull you back up to the ship.
"we all meet at PARADISO because the feds may grab MICHAEL thinking he's the prisoner,
but he will be stopped at the train station there.
the retinal scanner will identify him as someone else other than the prisoner.
"you ok with this MICHAEL? they can't hold you because you haven't done anything, and they don't know that you are part of this plot."
"is everyone clear on this?"
