Shiny stares at Oreo, she goes to say something
but then stops herself. she never knows what kinda response she would get from him.
She stares at the floor. she starts thinking of her mother. Shiny misses her mother a lot she pictures her laugh. shiny smiles, She loved the way her mother laughed.
ReaverReaper , "Shiny, I haven't seen u smile like that since......well since never. What Are You Thinking about?"
Shiny looks up at ReaverReaper, both surprised and annoyed.
Shiny rolls her eye's, "It's not about you, that's for sure.
Shiny sarcastically, "don't you have a hole or something to go hide in?!
Shiny slides herself of the crate. "tough guy."
Shiny starts laughing, Oreo opens his eyes and looks at her then closes them again.
Shiny trying to control herself starts pacing the floor ....waiting.

(On Miranda)
(Elbarto and the others are at the base of the black tower. El looks back at his group, still in the cover of the trees. They weren't able to rescue very many people at the bunker, only one man two women and 4 children. It had taken them 3 days to get here. El was finding out the hard way how much civilians slow you down.)
El: Looks pretty quiet. (hands the binoculars to Lao.)
Lao: The one woman said that before they were attacked they were picking up computer activity from this monitoring station. It looks empty now though. I don't see a ship.
El: they may have hidden it in the jungle. I would have.
(El pulls out a silenced .45 with his right hand and unsheathes a hunting knife with his left. Lao does the same.)
El: Claire, you stay back with the group Lao and I will breach.
(El and Lao breach the bunker with no complication. Inside, El gives hand signals for Lao to go right. El goes left. El goes up a couple levels, and down a couple of corridors.)
(El hears people talking and heads towards the voices. El turns the corner and raises his weapon.....only to see two very familiar faces.
El: Kat! O2!
Kat and O2: El!
El: What the hell is going on here?!
When you can't run you crawl. When you can't do that...well...you know the rest.

MICHAEL hacks into the trains computer system and sets off the alarm.
the train slows to a stop.
train conductor:
"sorry for the delay folks. looks like we have a gas leak somewhere onboard, so i have to ask everyone to disembark here temporarily."
the passengers all start to disembark.
slowly they become a crowd, standing outside the train in a desert.
SHADOW thinks:
'where is MICHAEL?'

as the train is emptied of its passengers, SHADOW looks around for MICHAEL.
no sign of him anywhere.

Michael somehow freed his brother from the Alliance squad, and escaped.
he had help on the inside - corrupt guard I'm guessing.
I overheard a soldier on his 2-way, telling his superior 'the subject is missing'.
the rest of the guards are trying to look for them in a casual way - without bringing attention to it.
This won't last long, they'll start interrogating us passengers soon.
I'll sneak back towards the direction the train was coming from, look for me a mile behind the train, and south of the tracks."

SHADOW slips away from the crowd and walks back in the direction that the train came from.
he hides just off the rail path and waits for TRANQUILITY to appear overhead.

ALLIANCE soldiers on the top of a hill just above SHADOW scan the area with binoculars.
they finally spot SHADOW hiding behind some rocks.
at that moment, they hear the loud blast of a ships engine overhead, racing towards SHADOW.
TRANQUILITY lands just a few yards past him.
"it's about ruttin' time!"
SHADOW runs out from behind the rocks he was hiding behind and heads towards TRANQUILITY, as her bay door slowly opens.
the ALLIANCE soldiers charge down the hill in hot pursuit...
