It's not just a line from a movie, but a serious question. For most, it seems that ignoring the hatred will make it go away. I'm not so sure, myself, as it's still around, after so many decades.
May I ask you as a direct question, then, whether the appearance you give (of proposing preventative genocide of a hate-filled society, infants and all) is congruent with your actual position or whether this is a misconception based on an unfortunate quote? I honestly can't place your position based on your reply.
I think it's the latter but I'd surly love to hear you say it, and that'd mark the end of my involvement in this thread.

The topic this thread has taken, which has migrated from another thread, is despicable. We can agree on that.
At the heart of the issue, were t-shirts "some" Israeli MILITARY wore, or maybe they were just for SALE, not intended for the general public. Any military is going to have its own subculture, a part from the general population. ( A line which I think is attributed to a sniper school " You can run, but you'll just die tired " has no place in a civil society, but in context, is more understood and accepted in a military environment. So it is w/ these t-shirts. We'll never have to face what those in the military are trained to encounter , or at least it's hoped none of us will, so I don't know if those vast majority of civilians ever try to understand or take the time to see things from that view point.
We're to be reminded that the purposes of an army is to kill people and break things. As horrific and brutal as it sounds, that's what they do, and that's what those in the military have to come to terms with, every single day. If they DON'T, then they're liable to end up dead, as will their buddies and possibly a whole lot of folks that depend on them doing their job.
Anyway, that's the context of which I see the whole issue. Such messages , imo, are completely out of place in any civil society, and the mere fact so many get offended , I suppose , is a good sign.
If , however, some would take the time to see things from a different point of view, but still stay offended, we might understand ( though not approve ) a bit more.
I got nothing else to say on the matter. (except that citizen is still wrong. Very wrong )
