Actually Zeek, it's International Computer Driving License. Which actually has nothing to do with driving, but the idea is that you can handle a computer with ease when you're finished.

In Europe it's the European Computer Driving License, and it's a very popular course. The one I teach the most, and much in demand by employers too. It's a step below the Microsoft Office Specialist or MOS courses, but covers a wider range of topics (such as computer jargon and theory, the internet and file management) that MOS courses only deal with a little.

Jonny - do I have other news? Nope. Not dating! Still have very little time, although my free time will increase with this new contract and I'll have enough disposable income to go out once in a while too so who knows?

But no, no boyfriend. Besides, I'm pretty much just over a depressive episode so I wasn't in much of a dating space there for a bit! I was just going by past experiences with boyfriends, and tending to think of a guy in particular with each point I was making! Of course I've been lucky with most of my boyfriends. I've only had one bad experience. The rest were absolute sweethearts! Even the one who went off to become a priest. And the one who emigrated to Australia. And maybe I should stop typing now...

*edit* Awww, you're not going to D*C? Well never mind. I offer you official membership of the "Not going to D*C but we don't care cuz we don't need no stinkin' awesome convention where all our cool friends are going!" club. We're... still working on the name.

Who are we ignoring now?

Proud member DTH. Sure it sucks but we don't care do we.(?)

TRISTAN!!! Hug Imponderable glomp!

Okay. So we did some talking last night and it seems things were slightly more off than I thought. I'm told Mindy was much more drunk than I thought. She does not remember any of the altercation and was glad I acted in the capacity that I did. She is very sorry but still a little mad at the fact I carried the anger so far. Far enough for her to blame herself for the actions of others which really isn't anyones burden to carry.

Yes. I feel like an ass but only to a point.

On the waaay upside I have the inside information on what she wants in life. Of course there is the family and consistent romance between us. But I'm talking in the area of home, horses, and a small wedding with the family.

Not in the near future. A few years at the soonest. But having our relationship with a secure foundation is first and foremost. She really didn't have to say as much as she said. But it is no longer an insinuated aspect of our life.

Talk about weight off of my shoulders.

Surgery: Damn, if I had an unlimited pool of money and the inclination to rearrange my particulars, I'd end up looking like a completely different person. That's the thing about dysmorphia, I already don't recognize myself, so adding surgery to the mix would just be throwing a road flare into a tinderbox.

Territory: Eh. I don't have anything valuable enough to bother defending. No expensive car, no beast of a computer. No signifigant other. Got severe issues with personal space, strangely enough.

Grudges: Yup, guilty as charged. When I form an opinion of a person, I tend to stick with it, even if others keep saying "Give him another chance. He's really changed this time." Yeah. This time. All the other times he changed he was just pretending. While it's admittedly a bleak way to view the world, it's saved me from having to deal with a lot of recidivists.

Movie Scene: I once found myself standing in a comic-book store, talking to a pal and the proprietor about the inconsistencies and undertones of Star Wars. I swear, it was like standing on the set of a Kevin Smith movie.

Also, ahoi all those in Imponderable land. I'm back, I'm grim as ever, and I'm tired as hell.

So quiet today.

OK so how about this situation? How evil is it to take pleasure in the suffering of others? And we're not just talking any others here. I'm talking someone who deserves it pretty much.

So, last night this girl I really dislike was all depressed cause her bf/true love *cough*only dating for 2 months*cough* dumped her. Now this is someone who broke off an engagement because the guy had to take out a loan to afford the ring and that just means he's too poor for her. How friggin harsh is that? I say she deserves to be on the receiving end this time around.

So, how horrible a person am I for thinking she deserves to be depressed?

Well, I'm a sadist, so I like seeing others in pain anyhow, but I especially like it when (I feel) they deserve it, like actually seeing Karma in action.
