So, here I am with my hands behind my back the whole time 'cause I was trying to be a gentleman...Okay, girlie, the octopus gloves are officially off!!
Ah, but way back when I think I said there was one or two people that I like to hug. My friend Glen is one. I could stay wrapped in his arms all day long...in a completely platonic way. And I imagine jimihugs to be like glenhugs. Don't know why, I just do.
So put those tentacles away....

I am really beginning to believe you're not real person but a character in some romantic Meg Ryan movie.

I imagine them to be big, strong, warm, gentle and if you're not careful, suffocating and rib-cracking.

Well, I'm definitely a character. That's for sure.
Can't help you with a ponderable Zeek. I'm currently discussing horse slaughter and consumption of animals viewed as pets on another board. Amazingly things are still going very nicely...given my statements that fido might make someone a good meal.

MsQ and I always loved My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys. Listening to you ramble talk about taking care of and riding the horses makes me think about movies like that, it's a warm feeling, almost like a...a hug.
*snicker*
Okay Zeek, is it time for...the talk?? Oh wait, we've been over that ground already. Well let's see then.
How topical. What movie scene comes close to playing out a real world moment in your life?

Double quotiness, too.
Pets as meals. Hmmm. Tough one. How hungry am I? Lost in the Andes hungry or hop on down to the corner store for Cheetos hungry?

That scene in Garden Spot where Large is sitting on the couch looking bored out of his mind while the aunt is blabbering to him. I've had family get togethers like that plenty of times.

Many of the scenes from Whose Life Is It Anyway (best thing Dreyfuss ever did or could hope to and it gave the world Christine Lahti, who is way underappreciated and under utilized) hit close to home because I saw it not tooooo long after my mother's death and, well, you know.
