Most of the human race is slated to go to that "warmer" place. It doesn't matter in the end how good or bad you are. The decision where you go was already decided billions of years ago, so I say that if you are a believer in God, then it's okay if you snub your nose at him and go covet your neighbors wife or husband. while you are at it go rob a bank, and lie as much as you feel you need to do because you are going to go to hell any ways so you might as have fun and earn it.
Myself, after work I'm going to go find a kid and snatch candy away from it just for the joy of watching the little bastard cry; I find I like making people cry. It's fun being the bully and victimizing others. *Cough*
