Maniac. It grew in tandem with "Sonnet for Inara" that's posted in the Filk section of the Blue Sun Room. They are quite similar, except for some alternate personalization for Madame Geezer which shall remain undisclosed.

I agree, unless a misunderstanding could possibly arise.

The following has nothing to do with M.Geezer and Mme. Geezer. Only a connection of coincidence concerning ... being discreet.

Thus, I submit the following to you all, in the hope of correcting a possible misunderstanding.

To all who here on FFFn who 'know' me, the poem to Merz may seem ... well - wrong.

I feel you must know this: Merz is my ex-wife from 18 or so years ago. LOOONG torrid story - would make a great tragic romance novel - really!

Why do I feel you have the right to know?
I feel that most of you folks are becoming friends and not just Net-acquaintances and deserve a bit of background.

Now to continue the 'reveal'...

You all have heard that I am 'in' a 10 year+ relationship with Cathy, my signifiant other.
{Interesting side note: Cathy is the template for Veila over on DragonFly}

Cathy knows everything (yes, EVERYTHING!!!) about Merz and visa-versa. Matter of fact they are friends.

So much in fact, they talk on the phone about me behind my back,

LOL!

Now, I apologize if I have offended anyone's sense of ... well - whatever 'sense of' I might have offended. I sometimes forget what others will perceive in my writing.

With that in mind - Please remember this: what works for some people/groups may not work for other folks/groups. Infinite diversity in infinite combinations, so to speak.

Thanks for reading!! And I hope you may understand a little more about my 'weirdness' now.

Seriously, due to the convergence of several other commitments, I have not even been on the computer since I left work Friday afternoon.

I am still wading through e-mail and other assorted stuff.
