He's demonstrated that ANYONE can become President! You don't necessarily have to be a policy wonk to get the job.

Yes SignyM, hope for the common man, that's it! Low IQers need not give up! A Dirty Harry attitude will take you FAR! Your comment on Bush's perserverance is most astute!
And next to throw their comments in is....

actually, I think recently George Bush told the world that he made some mistakes, which was very 'big boy' of him.
He sounded like a kid who's father had just come home.
"Tell your father why your sitting in the chair Georgy."
"mmmmm"
"Come on, he's waiting."
"I said 'bring it on."
"anything else?"
"no."
"Georgie...."
"I was playing marshals and outlaws in the whitehouse again."
"and...
" I said, 'dead or alive.'"
"why was that not a good thing?"
"sent the wrong signal."
"Are you sorry?"
...
...
...
...
"do you promise not to do it again?"
"yeah...."
..............
I think that was a pretty big step for him, and the best thing he's done since he's been in the White House, aside of catching a 7 foot Perch, which might just be a fish story.
.........
To sum it up, George in Washington is a lot like our first president who chopped down the cherry tree. He's just doing it on a much bigger scale.

Yes, your right Righteous9, the ability to admit mistakes is a great attribute, one that George Bush posesses in spades! A humble, yet resolute man is he! I agree with you completely!
On to the next comment.....

He's all about liberation!
Think of all that Water that's being liberated from it's frozen existence in Antarctica!
More insane ramblings by the people who brought you beeeer milkshakes!

When he lies, he tells BIG lies!
Damn! Didn't someone else do that?

ok.. i had my shot... but i just kept thinking of all the good this man has done.
This really doesn't have anything to do with the many successes of this administration, but it gives us a little insight into the man himself...a true lover of the outdoors, a hunter and fisherman who, by his own statements, admits that the greatest moment of his presidency was catching that "bass" from a stock pond on his ranch... ya gotta love em...
I know i'm glad to have a man like George with his finger on the button that controls the fate of the entire planet....
"Nice one Son..."

I'm truly confused. I went to the link - what am I supposed to be looking for?
Some times I feel like I'm talking to "nobody" ....

I think the best thing that Bush has done has been to alienate our "allies" in "old Europe" - Rumsfeld.
Or maybe sitting on his ass while Katrina beckoned... You have got to show natural disasters who's boss. They just won't respect you if you jump up all efficient and stuff.
Perhaps his greatest victory has been ...torture! No pain, no gain, is what I always say.
This administration is soaring like the Hindenburg!
