Another vote for the scene in Safe, where they're about to be burnt at the stake.
Particularly when River repeats the line "Post holer. For digging posts."
The facial expressions of the two siblings at that moment is just too much.

It's not a line, but the end of The Message gets to me. Especially since they all knew by then that the show was gone.
But it especially got me when Simon takes Kaley's hand.

Okay, just finished watching the pilot again so right at this moment my favorite 'choke up' lines are:
Mal: We're still flying.
Simon: That isn't much.
Mal: It's enough.
Kinda sums it all up.
Tomorrow (or this weekend)I'll watch a different episode or the BDM and change my mind!

Whilst I am more of a lurker than a writer on this board, this whole thread breaks me to be honest.
So many memory's and I have to keep remembering that this is a show.
I have just watched all the episodes again last weekend, what better way to chill out is always my excuse. I think that it is wearing a little thin now.

Mal in out of gas when he finally gets the catalyzer in place, and taps it a couple times chokes me up too.
There are many other moments, I guess that is part of the appeal of "Firefly", not only does it make you feel, it makes you care about something.
