Hey, I just checked this. The weblink, and the Headline, both say under subpoena.
I read the entire article TWICE, once carefully, and I couldn't find that anywhere in the body of the article itself. The weblink is not the article. Neither is the headline. the article should contain details of where and when the subpoenas were requested , and when approved., by which judge.

The author is Sari Horwitz. It says so right on the webpage, where the author's name is usually written, in easy to read font. And who is Sari Horowitz?
