Of course, being hooked up with the local farmers is nice, since I am unlikely to ever want for coffee, tobacco or potatoes - and there's chicory but I dunno about caffiene content there.
Conversely they're unlikely to have non-functional equipment so long as I can find, build or modify parts.
I worry bout the cities, mostly - Detroit is progressing right along with secondary agri-enviro infrastructure, but they ain't there quite yet.

Maybe since nobody online, here or likely just about anywhere anywhere else, was giving him what he was looking for, he decided that he didn't have enough time left in his life to spend any more of it wastefully online.

Thanks for being in touch.
I'll be 77 in Nov., & I've had an unpredictable heart
condition since about age 40. And yet, I'm able to keep on
keeping on. ... maybe it's the same thing my Grandma Schooley
had ... was "feeble," as they called it then, most of her
adult life. Yet she had 4 strong children, 3 girls & a boy.
When feeble, train your kids to take care of things.
I wasn't such a good kid, tho ... I preferred to be out
in the fields catching snakes & other small wildlife.
I was about 40 when I realized I wanted to be more responsible.
I see Browncoats isn't near as active as it was. That's too
bad, 'cause Haken made it a good place for people who mainly
want to share honestly.
I'll try to stop by more regular.
So how's everything with you?

Since Jack posted he probably left because he grew tired of wasting time posting online/Firefly, and because he/she is more than likely deceased, I've decided to post my last contact with Oonjerah. I did respond but silence followed. I find it very sad to have lost such a person, such a Browncoat.

When I started Coffee - Cheers thread, I think I wanted it to be about fun stuff,
oddball stuff, true stuff we don't often talk about. Maybe ... I drink more tea than
coffee & more water than tea ... but "Water - Cheers!" doesn't have a ring to it.
