A Break in the D.B. Cooper Hijacking Case

The legend of D.B. Cooper is as mysterious as it is fascinating. In the 1970s, he committed a crime so unheard of at that time, he captured the attention of the world. Hijacking an airplane, he boldly premeditated the in-air takeover and was never heard from again. Baffling the FBI and national authorities, the question remains: How can an unknown man get away with a crime of such a large scale?
Recently, there has been some new details in the unsolved case, that may provide a much awaited break in his disappearance. These newly unearthed facts may just be what’s needed to solve this head-scratching mystery.

My gramma & my Mom were born-raised in Missouri. Pretty warm there,
lotta reptiles & amphibians. Neither of them were afraid of snakes,
poisonous or not, so the notion that I, being a girl, was supposed
to be afraid of them just didn't take. Indeed, I had illustrated books
about them that I enjoyed studying.
Whenever I found reptiles in the neighborhood, I'd catch 'em &
bring them home. Mom let me keep them only for a little while; since
they were Nature's creatures, they needed & deserved freedom.

I grew up curious about & respecting rather than fearing snakes.
"Yuck! They're slimy!" A misconception.
Amphibians are slimy. Snakes & lizards, nice & dry.

... oooOO}{OOooo ...
Remember Niki2? ... She has snakes. :)

Meet 'Oumuamua, the first observed interstellar visitor to our solar system

(CNN) — On October 19, the Pan-STARRS 1 telescope in Hawaii spotted something
strange zooming through our solar system. It turned out to be a visitor from
beyond our solar system, and it's unlike anything astronomers have seen before.

It is the first observed object from outside our solar system, according to a study
published Monday in the journal Nature -- and, as the researchers call it, an "oddball." ...

"For decades we've theorized that such interstellar objects are out there, and now
-- for the first time -- we have direct evidence they exist,"
