Well, that's the problem of capitalism, even if you only have a little bit of it in your economy. Having a small bit of it means you take longer to get to your economic death spiral, but you will, indeed, get there.
BTW, this isn't a new theory, or a communistic one. Western economists were discussing capitalism's ultimate moribund destination as far back as the late 1800's, before Das Capital even existed, and what might be done to try and delay it.

I figured out that lesson at least a decade before you and I ever conversed, and no matter how many times you try to make me feel lousy about it, I'm proud of the fact that I can live comfortably on about $6,000 per year.
Fuck the rat race and keeping up with the joneses.
I've only been employed half of my adult working life, and I owe nobody a dime.
It's amazing how far you can make bullshit wages stretch if you save up for what you buy and never give the borrowers their interest.
Especially once you've learned how to distinguish Wants from Needs and you learn to Just Say No to buying all of the shit you don't need.
Most of it you really, really don't need.

I had to nearly kill myself and come out the other side to finally, truly appreciate the life that I've set myself up with.
I want for nothing and I have no worries of future food or shelter. I've turned things so that any problems that come my way are nothing more than opportunities for me to learn another valuable skill to add to an increasing wealth of knowledge and experience.
I'll never be rich, but I also will never have any need or desire to be.

If it was up to Capitalism, slavery would have never ended, at least nominally. Plenty of low paying jobs look to me exactly the same as slavery with the exception that the Capitalists don't care what happens to their slaves because they don't own the slaves and can't trade them for money.

I picked Peter Thiel because he is a famous whiner against government and a big supporter of Trump. At this point, the Trumptards get angry because in their belief system Trump is for them. Then I remember Bob Cratchit in A Christmas Tale was very loyal and hardworking for Ebenezer Scrooge. As a child I always wondered what the hell was wrong with Cratchit more than with Scrooge, since there are obvious reasons for Scrooge to be a greedy Capitalist but not so obvious to a child why Cratchit should believe in Scrooge. After many decades of close observation, I now know Cratchits and Trumptards inside out. They don't know themselves, but the Trumps and the Scrooges and the Peter Thiels know how to push their buttons.
