The helmet will likely be in the 500 to 1,000 ranje. The mask coud possibly be under 200. A big factor iz volume. If enuf peepl realize vacsinez are more uv a reaction than a defens, the prise for the components woud go way down, especially the UVC LEDz.

I'v herd that the jeneral public iznt going to be getting the vacsine till summer. At the rate the casez are going up, we will be seeing 10,000 deths a day in the US by then.

Think uv it like having a choise: install doorz on your house or stock up on a cleaning product that works well for cat pee, but nothing else. Wut happenz wen racoonz, possumz and stray dogz wok in and start hozing down your wallz and furniture? You gotta get a special cleaner for every different varmint! Then wun day a skunk wanderz in, gets thretend by another vizitor and thats the end uv the house.

- practical question: does the visor seal?
- does it come in stealth colors / camo? Wearing a $500+ item that can save one's life could be attractive to bad people. Checkout line item: Helmet Theft Insurance

I agree with the Cap'n though. Get it copyrighted. And don't do that poor man's copyright bullshit trick where you mail the plans to yourself. That's just a TV/Movie trope and when that's all you're presenting as evidence that you invented it against GE's team of lawyers, they're going to eviscerate you.


I don't think you're going to make much money for it with Covid, but since the odds are pretty likely we're going to be spending the rest of our lives with a new and somewhat more deadly virus being released on us every few years after how successful this one went, you're probably bound to make a fortune if that thing really works and you can spend the rest of your days tinkering in your garage without some asshole with half your IQ getting paid 5 times as much as you telling you what to do all day long.
