And now democrats have something to prove. They're already on shaky ground, barely edging out Trump, still a minority in the Senate, and with big losses in the House. This isn't a mandate by any means, and half the country has their knives out waiting for them to slip and fall.

President Donald Trump delivered the most dishonest speech of his presidency on Thursday evening.

I've watched or read the transcript of every Trump speech since late 2016. I've cataloged thousands and thousands of his false claims. I have never seen him lie more thoroughly and more egregiously than he did on Thursday evening at the White House.

Trump emerged in the press briefing room and took a blowtorch to the presidential tradition of defending the legitimacy of the democratic process.

While it's still possible the dems take the senate it's doubtful. Blame that on the far left. We are not a far left country.

That said, Biden just passed Trump in Pennsylvania with most of the remaining vote going to go to Biden, Trumps gone and Barr with him. They'll make the call when a bit more votes come in, in Pennsylvania that Biden's the president elect.

Don't blame the far left. There really isn't a far left in the Democratic party. The small group of progressives in congress actually made gains in the House.

Voter turnout among Democrats is going to be at a historic low in 2020, and as Moody's predicted that's going to mean a blowout for Trump.
