Sorry reaver. I can’t see myself promoting anything being reported on by an entity calling itself the DeadState. The DeadState focusses on the absurdity and triumphs of people, politics, current events, religion, and the overall human condition from an unapologetically secular progressive perspective.
Careful reaver. The far left is every bit a danger to democracy as the far right. And both are equally unhinged. America needs to remain a work in progress. The far right would destroy that through authoritarianism, while the left would destroy it by completely dismantling capitalism. They want everything to happen now; today, and they really do believe America’s resources are limitless.
I remember Bernie Sanders health care would cost 10 trillion dollars more in ten years than the money he could take from the rich to pay for it. When that came to light his bid for the presidency ended. The same happened to Warren because she stubbornly held onto that. With the economy the way it is today. And the overwhelming debt accruing in our cities; the trillions in bailouts from Washington, we are left with little to work with. An approach from the middle leaning slightly left is the needed methodology.

The Haida nation has reported 12 cases of Covid-19 on Haida Gwaii yesterday. All are in isolation. People leaving the islands and coming into contact with someone infected then going home again. Most are in the community of Masset.
