So, to rebut SHITSTAIN's "case" against Flynn ...
Has anyone seen anything other than a snippet of the transcript between Kislyak and Flynn?

Because I guarantee, if there had been a long, extended conversation about sanctions between the two instead of a fragment of a sentence, it would have been leaked to the press. What appears so far seems to have been an isolated throwaway in a conversation about other things, not the topic of the conversation itself.

In the end, no one was held accountable for actions that Johnson had labeled “treason.”
Nobody will be held accountable in the Trump administration, either, if Trump and Barr get their way. A few got jail, Paul Manafort and Michael Cohen, for tax cheating, not for Russian interference with an election. I guess Trump didn't want to use his pardon power to save those two. Trump doesn't want to use that power to save Flynn, either, for some reason.

Freeing Flynn wasn't on your 3 item list. So why do you have to get every fact a little bit wrong all the way to completely wrong about Flynn's case? There is nothing for you to gain, as an American, about twisting the facts on Flynn into a falsehood. Aside from edit/ find the phrase "russian troll" to repost, I don't bother reading SECOND's posts at all. I can't imagine why anyone would.
When I come here I look for information and insight, or topics of interest, or at least rwe relevant interchange.
SECOND's endless obsessions and non-stop lying about non-events are none of those, and also boring in the extreme. And since SECOND is beyond any kind of self-insight that might make him change his ways, I see no point in significant communication. Justice Department defends prosecutors in Flynn case
Former national security adviser Michael Flynn’s claims of prosecutorial misconduct are “unfounded,” the Justice Department argued Wednesday in a court filing that nevertheless persists in the government’s unusual attempt to abandon the criminal case he pleaded guilty to 2½ years ago.
“Flynn’s allegations are unfounded and provide no basis for impugning the prosecutors from the D.C. United States Attorney’s Office,” Justice Department attorneys said in the filing, suggesting that the government has other reasons for seeking to back away from its case against Flynn.
The denial of wrongdoing by DOJ prosecutors, contained in a lengthy footnote buried in the 49-page filing, came despite Flynn’s lawyers’ repeated attacks on prosecutor Brandon Van Grack, some of which they reiterated Wednesday in their own submission to the U.S. District Court in Washington. Flynn is fighting efforts by the judge in his case, Emmet Sullivan, to probe Attorney General William Barr’s abrupt decision to drop the case.
Van Grack, who served on special counsel Robert Mueller’s staff and acted as lead prosecutor on Flynn’s case, later assumed a senior position at Justice Department headquarters and continued heading up the prosecution of Flynn in the year since Mueller’s operation shut down.
Last month, Van Grack signaled his disagreement with Barr’s decision to drop the Flynn case by declining to sign the government’s motion and formally withdrawing from the case.

Before Flynn’s 2017 guilty plea, the government provided Flynn with (1) the FBI report for Flynn’s January 24 interview; (2) notification that the DOJ Inspector General, in reviewing allegations regarding actions by the DOJ and FBI in advance of the 2016 election, had identified electronic communications between Strzok and Page that showed political bias that might constitute misconduct; (3) information that Flynn had a sure demeanor and did not give any indicators of deception during the January 24 interview; and (4) information that both of the interviewing agents had the impression at the time that Flynn was not lying or did not think he was lying.
The government subsequently provided over 25,000 pages of additional materials pursuant to this Court’s broad Standing Order, which it issues in every criminal case, requiring the government to produce “any evidence in its possession that is favorable to [the] defendant and material either to [his] guilt or punishment.” Doc. 20, at 2. The majority of those materials, over 21,000 pages of the government’s production, pertain to Flynn’s statements in his March 7, 2017 FARA filing, for which the government agreed not to prosecute him as part of the plea agreement. The remainder are disclosures related to Flynn’s January 24, 2017, statements to the FBI, and his many debriefings with the SCO.
