Like I said, I think Trump sprung a trap.
And what makes me think this was all a trap was Trump waffling Maybe I did, maybe I didn't, but if I did it would be OK, leaders talk all the time about all kinds of things ... it was almost as if he was DARING the House to impeach him.
And don't forget, there are still a few more Horowitz reports to come out. Supposedly Horowitz and Barr are going over them right now. If there are major indictments in there and if I were Trump I would dribblethem out over the course of whatever impeachment proceedings were going on. That would serve as a major distraction.
As for my typos, many times I'm on the tablet or phone and not using my glasses and not being a touch typist/ stupid autofill typos get past me.
I don't chivy people for typos but you used an entirely wrong word.

It does look like Trump played the House dems like a fiddle - AND - got a never-Trumper to out yawnself. And the 'security' apparatus that says this is a 'legitimate' national security issue looks rather - I dunno. Stupid? Partisan? Mendacious?
