I really don't care if this goes the way Clinton's did, and he stays in office and Reps win more seats and he wins another 4 years. Nothing grinds my gears like people (Dems) who convince themselves to sit on their hands and do nothing.
Having said that I'd be happy to see him self emulate on national tv.

On a side note, this should make it easier for Congress to subpoena Trump’s tax returns, shouldn’t it? The Treasury Department has been arguing that Congress doesn’t really have any legislative purpose behind the request, but an impeachment inquiry is unquestionably a legislative purpose. It’s hard to see how they can hold out much longer, or how a court could rule in their favor.
What will Trump's overdue tax bill eventually be? $5 million? $5 billion? He will have some explaining to do.

This is what I am hoping. So much of his actions can and are being rationalized out to his base as "taking a stand" because they don't understand the implications of the things he's doing. Numbers don't lie. You can only whitewash them for so long until something somewhere doesn't add up. Numbers are hard facts.
