Found some more books today when I emptied 2 bins. Also emptied a couple of boxes. 1 box I could only rescue three or 4 items out of. The rest were broken.

Hi BRENDA, thanks for the update about your brother. While I'm sorry that he has to be in hospital for about a week, I'm very happy to hear that he's responding. Things could have been so much worse!
Oh, too bad about the broken items! I sure hope they weren't super-important to you!

No problem about the updates. Yes, it could have been much worse.
The broken items were 2 small Chinese bowls both different and a tea cup along with a baking dish. I didn't realize that I had them. I was looking for something else when I decided to open these bins and boxes.

Last week was the longest day of the year. Most years, by that time I have used A/C estensively, in home and car.
This year, I had not used A/C by that day. Right after that day, we got rain, humidity, and heat.
But quite unusual for us to not have any heat before that day.
