I heard an actuality, a sound clip, of Sanders expousing the virtues of Rationing food and starvation of the masses, like in Venezuela.

Hadn't heard of this aspect of Communism as a desired goal. Is this new?

True hardcore socialists think sharing everything makes people better, but most of your average socialists know there is a breaking point.

The sound clip I heard was clearly the voice of Bernie Sanders, but I didn't heard much context. It was said the reference was about Venezuela.

Ironically, I know of two people I suspect are Histrionic and they are both Republicans. I don't know about the rest of the country...
