Once had a home, now I'll ever roam,

cuz theres no planet that I can call home,

But now we are free, and its all we shall be,

cuz you can't take the sky from me!

Take all I love, leave what I fear,

But I will know when you draw near.

Theres no place I want to be,

cuz I'm still finding my Serenity!

Now theres no place I wont fly,

No place where I can't touch the sky.

Leave it all, I just need me,

And my crew, my family, my Serenity.

I left it all in Serenity,

All I was before I was me.

And now, with her at my side,

I don't need a ship to reach the skies!

Not a bad little addition, Alliethorn7. Some of the lines don't quite flow the same way the nominal parts of the Ballad dp, but this is still cool:)

I loved it, but I agree with BEB, it gets a little choppy.

it needs to go withthe actual song. i tried to sing your versus but it was a little hard to do that. I had to speed up at places that slowed down.

The right situation is there, but the rythym is somewhat off. That is hard to do without having knowledge in music. :) I like you you wrote it with the feelings of the people in the 'verse though. This would be a great starting point for the final version of the remaining verses of the song.

Good, although, some parts were a little choppy; they didn't flow as well as they might. Some parts I thought were very well written though.
