Wow! I love this!
The composition is good, the shading/toning is subtle but nice (especially around the jaw line and left hand side of the face), and the likeness is stunning.

Holy cow, that is one damn fine looking drawing, it looks exactly like her! I'll definitely be showing this to a few people I know, they;ll be just as amazed at this beautiful art work as I am! Wow.
