Republicans are "walking the plank" by pursuing the strictest possible abortion laws, according to GOP Representative Nancy Mace.
In the wake of the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade last summer, Republican lawmakers across the country have begun pursuing laws to restrict abortion access with renewed vigor, especially in states where they hold majority power. Some Republican 2024 presidential candidates have also said they would support some sort of a federal abortion law that would restrict access to the medical procedure everywhere.
Abortion access has been resiliently popular among voters in the wake of Roe ending, however. Numerous polls have found majority support for abortion rights in most states, red or blue, and every state-level election concerning the matter in the last year has seen voters come out strongly in support of protecting access to abortion.
Speaking with CNN for a profile released on Sunday, Mace, a two-term congresswoman from a moderate South Carolina district, outlined her rare stance as an anti-abortion Republican in favor of broader exceptions for women seeking the procedure. Having spoken openly about her own sexual assaults as a teen, Mace has advocated strongly for rape and incest exceptions in abortion laws. She has also called for limits of around 12 to 15 weeks, not six weeks, as many conservative legislatures in the United States have pursued.

Republicans' plan to bomb Mexico is bad
We don't need a literal war on drugs
During the Trump administration, Brett Giroir served as Assistant Secretary for Health, a position that entailed a commission as an admiral in the U.S. Public Health Service and, therefore, required that Giroir sometimes wear a military-style dress uniform.
This is the source of an amusing anecdote reported by Maggie Haberman: Giroir supposedly came to the Oval Office to talk about opioids, and Trump — mistaking him for a military officer — asked about bombing fentanyl labs in Mexico. “The response from White House aides,” Haberman dryly reports, “was not to try to change Trump’s view, but to consider asking Giroir not to wear his uniform to the Oval Office anymore.” Haberman also reports in her book that Trump’s interest in the subject led to him “eventually asking a stunned Defense Secretary Mark Esper whether the United States could indeed bomb the labs,” which suggests the whole thing was not purely a mixup about Giroir’s role.

This guy is so full of shit.
Miami-Dade County swung hard for DeSantis. Democrats should have never lost Miami-Dade County.
That's how fucking horrible Democrats are in these times.
Draw whatever fucking map you want Ted. Democrats still lose.

Yup. Rape. Incest. Mother will die if she gives birth. All legitimate reasons.
Trump agrees with all of them.
Fuck the Mike Pence's in the GOP.

Quote:Trump appointed judges who ruled that Abortion Is Murder. Trump would pass a Federal Law punishing Abortion as Murder. Trump does not get into specifics because that would lose votes for him but once back in power, Abortion Is Murder, no exceptions, will be the Law. (Trump will be fine with that.)

Oh yeah? Show me specific cases that aren't taken out of context.
Also show me where Trump ever said THIS was the reason he appointed any of those judges based off the fact that they stood against abortion.
Biden has installed judges all across the country that let men shower with women as long as they tell you that they're not men. And if Biden* has never stated that was the specific reason he put them there, the Media loves it and calls you a bigot if you don't agree, so he doesn't even have to say it.
His fuckin' supreme court justice from Wakanda can't even tell you what a Woman is because she didn't get her degree in Biology.

No. He wouldn't.
LOL
Get off it dude. Does Trump strike you as the (genuinely) religious type?
Dude has probably paid for a dozen abortions on top of hush money.
All that pussy he grabbed... You know he knocked up at least a dozen of them.

Yanno what is kind of amusing?
After having to endure 7 years of these two nitwits and the other chucklefucks who I scared off the site talking about the walls closing in on Trump every single day, their boy Biden* is probably about to be impeached.
Not that I'm going to talk about it every day or even bring it up much while it's happening for that matter. We all know that impeachment means nothing at the end of the day.
At least we'll have some entertainment when Biden* and the Democrats are trying their damnedest to lock everything down and pass unconstitutional mandates for the Covid 20 they just unleashed on the world because they know they're going to lose their ass in the election next November.
But what do I know? Maybe this is the virus that actually kills a few billion people but nobody takes them seriously leading up to it because they cried wolf for 3 fuckin' years.
Who knows? Maybe that was their plan all along.
I predicted Covid 20 back in 2020.
