As usual, SECOND, you're bullshitting again. You know nothing about what Putin says or how Russia wages war.
Putin's threat was to the western elites. He basically said: we know who you are and we know where you think you'll hide. You won't be able to.
AFA how Russians wage war, you haven't been paying attention to any of their military ops anywhere, have you?
They make extensive use of humanitarian corridors for civilians, parallel negotiations, and safe passage for surrendering troops.
They distinguish between taking "cities" and dismembering the military.
They don't "storm cities", ravage civilian infrastructure, or wantonly kill people.
If you had paid the slightest attention to what was going on in Chechnya, Syria, the Donbass and Crimea (2015) and Ukraine today, you wouldn't post nonsense
The west OTOH believes in flattening EVERYTHING. The Azov Battalion apparently likes to keep civilians hostage. And "Z" likes to threaten the world if he doesn't get his way

He is an acclaimed figure at home and has received numerous awards for his work from the Defense Ministry and the National Security Council.
A darling of the Western media amid the Russian attack on his country, Druzenko is fluent in English and has been readily speaking to the likes of CNN and the New York Post about the work of what these outlets have dubbed the “medical angels.”
