Putin started out from the first saying he wants to neutralize and de-Nazify Ukraine
Not "part" of Ukraine, ALL of Ukraine.
He also does not want to "occupy" Ukraine.

Until now, Ive hesitated posting anything with Gonzalo Lira in it because I had no verification that he was who he said he was, where he said he was: An English-speaking resident of Karkhov, with many friends and acquaintences in Ukraine. It wasn't until he live-streamed from Ukraine and I saw something other than a man in a featureless hotel room that I thought his identity was somewhat verified.
